Meet CEO and Entrepreneur Karen Mora
Karen Mora is currently the Visionary and CEO of two sister companies, Payroll Vault Santa Barbara and Accountability Plus, Inc. Karen's bookkeeping and payroll experience spans over 20 years, , including 10 years with a Silicon Valley commercial real estate office, and five years working for two Santa Barbara CPA firms.
Karen grew Accountability Plus, the first business, from a 2-person operation working out of a small apartment in Santa Barbara, to a company of over 25 employees that serves over 300 bookkeeping, payroll and executive administrative service clients. In 2018, she and her husband purchased the payroll franchise Payroll Vault, focused on the small to medium-sized business, the perfect complement to the services of Accountability Plus.
Karen inspires her teams with an energetic spirit, a steady self-confidence, and a talent for building solid relationships.
